In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our employer branding initiatives by seamlessly blending graphic design expertise with strategic media planning. Responsibilities include creating visually compelling design elements, developing and implementing media strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with KPMG Purpose. Apply now to be a key player in shaping our employer brand! - Generate compelling and relevant content, both visual and written for employer branding initiatives including but not limited to -social media posts, infographics, brochures, banners, website and video and other promotional collateral according to the firm\'s brand guidelines. - Support the Talent Acquisition and External Branding team to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with the overall employer brand narrative including but not limited to - copywriting for the department\'s e-newsletter, social media captions, press releases etc. - Strategize and research the current social media and industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant topics in generating concepts for content that resonate with the target audience. - Great time management skills - managing multiple design and media projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. - Assist in other special projects under Talent Acquisition and External Branding that may require research, materials preparation and project management. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall employer brand strategy. - Attention to detail - ensuring all design and media materials adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality. - Plan, curate, and execute stakeholders\' photoshoots, from pre- to post-preparation, as needed for internal and external engagements. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Requirements - Bachelor\'s Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, or Creative Arts Industry with a 2nd Class Upper or a minimum CGPA of 3.2 or other equivalent qualification - 1-3 years of working experience in employer branding and talent attraction, or the creative industry is preferred - Proficient in industry-standard graphic design software such as Canva Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) - Strong command of English, both oral and written - Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and cohesive design elements for various platforms and mediums. - Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and proofreading skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively. - Understanding and commitment to adhering to established brand guidelines. - Attention to detail to ensure brand consistency across all materials. - A team player, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and embrace change.
