As the Social Media Content creator / Branding Strategist ???? at Jcil Art Group (Art & Bonding and Yellow Easel) ???? ????, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally, and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with the company\'s objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the industry. Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Brand Management: Safeguard and enhance the company\'s brand image. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communication channels. Digital Marketing: Drive the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Utilize analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve overall customer experience. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
