Role Overview
The
Media Buyer
will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing advertising space across digital and traditional media platforms. This role ensures that all media investments align with OXYZ's marketing goals, target audience, and brand positioning, maximizing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities -
1.
Media Planning & Buying
Develop, execute, and manage media buying strategies across digital (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and traditional channels (print, radio, outdoor if applicable).
Identify target audiences and select appropriate media channels to achieve campaign objectives.
Negotiate rates and contracts with media vendors to ensure cost efficiency and maximum value.

Campaign Management
Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to meet performance KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.).
Manage budgets effectively and allocate spend strategically across channels.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all media placements.
3.
Performance Analysis
Track and analyze campaign data using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Stay updated on media trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies within the health and wellness industry.
4.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing, creative, and content teams to align media strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with external partners, media agencies, and influencers when applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in media buying or digital marketing (experience in health, wellness, or consumer brands preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive insights.
Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and campaign management tools.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
