Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
Identify target audiences and select appropriate media channels to achieve campaign objectives.
Conduct audience research and identify target segments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Negotiate rates and contracts with media vendors to ensure cost efficiency and maximum value.
Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to meet performance KPIs.
Manage budgets effectively and allocate spend strategically across channels.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all media placements.
Track and analyze campaign data using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Stay updated on media trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies within the health and wellness industry.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and video content.
Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform policies, and algorithm changes.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective spend allocation.
Coordinate with external partners, media agencies, and influencers when applicable.
Create and test ad variations (copy, visuals, landing pages) to improve performance and reduce cost per acquisition.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer.
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in media buying or digital marketing (experience in health, wellness, or consumer brands preferred).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
