Job Description
Your Role:
Management of customer service in the media library
Organization of lending operations and online lending Media library marketing Cooperation with the language department with the aim of optimizing media library work Advising students about higher and vocational education in Germany Inventory management of the media library
Your Profile:
Academic Diploma or equivalent Experience in Project Management Excellent knowledge in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) B1 German language skills, willingness to learn German Good IT skills (Windows 11, MS Office, Outlook) High level of reliability, full of initiative, friendly and approachable with a pleasant disposition High degree of integrity and confidentiality with strong sense of responsibility. Able to multi-task and work independently Malaysian or permanent resident of Malaysia
