- Review and approve cases that exceed subordinate\xe2\x80\x99s authority
- Evaluate and gather all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system
- Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Biology/Biomedical/Bio science or other equivalent
- Degree fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate with science/clinical/laboratory working experience are welcomed to apply.
- Must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (To support Hong Kong region)
