Integrates knowledge of diabetes science, omnichannel engagement, and the healthcare landscape to deliver customized value to healthcare professionals (HCPs) across all stages of adoption.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with HCPs, gaining trust and respect through multiple engagement platforms/channels, including digital, virtual/remote, and face-to-face interactions.
Applies customer insights as a two-way process: leveraging engagement data to inform strategy and activities, and collecting feedback/behavioral data to refine customer profiles and engagement approaches.
Monitors competitive market activities and provides market intelligence to support business decisions.
Assists in territory sales forecasts and account planning for effective business management.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Force Effectiveness/Training, and others) to optimize customer engagement.
Supports regulatory affairs matters and quality activities while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.
Job Requirements
:
2-3 years of professional sales experience in a multinational company, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Analytical, energetic, and results-driven in a performance-oriented environment.
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Science, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Achieve sales targets in assigned channels/territories and contribute to margin versus plan.
Execute business plans aligned with marketing strategy to achieve annual business objectives.
