• Diploma in any field or 1 year experience in any sales & marketing preferably pharma/science background
• Excellent in writing and communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good teamwork skills.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to travel outstation.
• Willing to work extra time.

Tanggungjawab

• Serves customers by selling pharmaceutical and medical device products and meeting customer needs.
• Achieving the monthly and Annual sales target given by the management by promoting and obtaining orders from existing customer and also by developing new customers in the given designated territory.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Share product details and claims as per the product literature and offer prices as per the approved price list by the management.
• Focus sales efforts by analysing the current territory purchasing customers in terms of product purchased and frequency of purchases.
• Timely collection of payment for due invoices in the respective territory.
• Inform management immediately on any customers with issue of Payments exceeding maximum of 120days.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques of the relevant competitors.
• Suggest changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop by the management, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
• Provide historical records by maintaining records of customers by area, sales trends and collections.
