Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Nursing, Biological Sciences, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), business-related field, or equivalent
• Must have at least 2-3 years of sales experience in the medical industry.
• Preferably to have sales experience in the Orthopaedic Field.
• Good command of English, and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a bonus)
• Public speaking, presentation, and teaching skills.
• Possess own transport and is willing to travel outstation when required.
• Team player, result-oriented with a positive work attitude.
• Basic computer skills. (Microsoft Office programs essential)

• To promote the company\'s range of medical devices / Consumable disposable products to orthopedic industry.
• To develop a new customer base.
• Report to Sales Team Manager.
• To increase sales revenue and achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Responsible for sales & marketing activities within the coverage area/ account assigned by the management.
• Monitor sales performance regularly and recommend action plans to ensure the achievement of sales.
• Regular visits and maintain a good business relationship with orthopedic surgeons/ customers.
• Field-based role with hours that can vary significantly
• Position requires attending in-live patient cases, and willing to work variable/odd hours to meet patient needs

• Salary commensurate with years of experience.
