- 3 to 5 years of experience in merchandising or a related role.
- Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in Merchandising or related field.
- Good knowledge of the retail industry and current trends.
- Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Willing to travel.
- Generate and analyse sales and stock numbers weekly.
- Analyse sell-through reports and implement promotions for slow-moving items.
- Allocate stock based on sell-through rates and market demands.
- Collaborate with Warehouse/Logistics to control inventory.
- Coordinate with Store Operations to gather feedback on stock and store openings.
- Manage inventory and promotional settings via Retail e-POS, including creating product loaders, purchase orders, and setting promotions.
