To be responsible of field coverage (trade implementation) of pharmacies, hypermarkets/supermarkets, personal care stores within assigned territory.
To ensure the successful implementation of merchandising activities.
General Responsibilities
Field Coverage
Visit pharmacies, hypermarkets/supermarkets, personal care stores within assigned territory and ensure sufficient stock/inventory level accordingly to monthly itinerary.
Stock count and replenish stock/inventory at assigned outlets in a timely manner.
Build and maintain relationships with retailers to achieve long term sustainable success.
Conduct store audits to ensure planogram execution by retailer is in line with agreed planograms plan.
Promotional Program Implementation
Set up in-store display and other point of sales (POS) materials and ensure materials are well displayed.
Maximize product distribution, shelf positioning and promotional merchandising standards as determined by Marketing/Brand team in accordance to marketing/promotional plans.
Stakeholder Management
Provide feedback to the company on relevant matters such as industry and market issues/latest activities or updates.
Other Responsibilities
To participate and support any teamwork activities eg DKSH yearly stock count.
Assist in all other duties/ad-hoc projects as directed from superior time to time.
