Tanggungjawab

• Conduct market research to find potential car detailing service providers in target regions.
• Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to identify business growth opportunities.
• Prospect potential merchants via online searches, industry events, and partnerships.
• Initiate contact with potential merchants using cold-calling, email outreach, etc.
• Guide merchants through the onboarding process and provide necessary support.
• Coordinate with internal teams for merchant training and assistance.
• Act as the main point of contact for merchants, addressing inquiries and issues.
• Build strong relationships with merchants to enhance their platform experience.
• Collaborate with sales team on effective strategies for revenue growth.
• Monitor merchant performance and recommend improvements for revenue optimization.
• Work with marketing team on promotional campaigns and customer engagement.
• Assist merchants in optimizing their profiles to attract more customers.
• Gather merchant feedback for platform improvement and development.
• Generate regular reports on merchant acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis for strategy enhancement.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns and revise as needed for maximum ROI.
• Support various teams in developing and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
