The sky\'s the limit in terms of what you can achieve! We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Integration Specialist/Merchant Onboarding. The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with game publishers to onboard their new titles onto the Codashop platform successfully. The Integration Specialist will also provide guidance on Codashop features and work closely with our development team to ensure smooth integration processes. Additionally, the role will involve monitoring project schedules and ensuring timely launches of new titles. There may be opportunities to support product maintenance activities as needed. Responsibilities Collaborate with game publishers to facilitate the onboarding process of their new titles onto the Codashop platform. Provide guidance and support to game publishers regarding Codashop features, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the platform\'s functionalities. Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of game titles into the Codashop ecosystem. Monitor project schedules and milestones, ensuring that the onboarding process stays on track and new titles are launched on schedule. Troubleshoot and resolve any integration-related issues or challenges that may arise during the onboarding process. Maintain effective communication channels with game publishers, keeping them informed about the progress and status of their onboarding projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and customer support, to address any merchant-related inquiries or concerns. Follow up with feature requests and communicate them to the product team, providing insights and rationale behind the suggestions. Assist in product maintenance activities, as needed, to ensure the continued smooth operation of the Codashop platform. Requirements Bachelor\'s degreeNative Chinese speaker with fluency in both written and spoken Chinese.Good com mand of the English language for effective communication with a diverse team and stakeholders. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the gaming industry or a related field involving software integration. A strong understanding of software integration processes is an advantage Basic knowledge of HTML or Script or PythonExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with game publishers, development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying and addressing integration challenges effectively. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
