Job Responsibilities:

Support seller business growth through operational and marketing strategy development. Build and maintain relationships with key merchants. Monitor seller performance and identify growth opportunities. Deliver customized business solutions to achieve revenue targets. Participate in merchant incubation and strategic projects.
Requirements:

Strong sales & communication skills; persuasive in merchant engagement. Good understanding of e-commerce operations and market trends. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typing Speed: At least 40 WPM, essential for preparing proposals, writing reports, and updating merchant dashboards. Must handle multitasking efficiently. Proficiency in English, Malay, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
