What Will You\'ll Do :
Answer incoming questions from merchants based in Hong Kong, through different communication channels, including LIVE chat, email, Whatsapp and phone calls
Handle general enquiries about SHOPLINE\xe2\x80\x99s platform and product features, understand merchant concerns and guide merchants to resolve their concerns
Provide effective feedback to the product team to prioritise development tasks and
suggest new product features
Provide performance monitoring of KPIs, identify trends and issues in service quality.
Perform other administrative duties pertaining to all marketing and sales activities
Assist other departments when required
You\xe2\x80\x99ll report directly to the team manager in Hong Kong but you will be based in Malaysia
May require for shift duty
What We Are Looking For :
At least 1 year\xe2\x80\x99s customer service experience, preferred in e-commerce but not necessary. Fresh graduates are also welcome, immediate available is preferred
Proficiency in Cantonese; able to read and speak in Cantonese and type in traditional Chinese
Good command of spoken and written in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
Strong customer-centric decision-making skills
Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Detail-minded, high organizational and able to manage multi-tasks skills
Work under pressure and good time management skills
Self-starter and good team player
Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn
Curious and interested in technology and new products
