What Will You\'ll Do :

• Answer incoming questions from merchants based in Hong Kong, through different communication channels, including LIVE chat, email, Whatsapp and phone calls
• Handle general enquiries about SHOPLINE\xe2\x80\x99s platform and product features, understand merchant concerns and guide merchants to resolve their concerns
• Provide effective feedback to the product team to prioritise development tasks and
• suggest new product features
• Provide performance monitoring of KPIs, identify trends and issues in service quality.
• Perform other administrative duties pertaining to all marketing and sales activities
• Assist other departments when required
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll report directly to the team manager in Hong Kong but you will be based in Malaysia
• May require for shift duty

What We Are Looking For :

• At least 1 year\xe2\x80\x99s customer service experience, preferred in e-commerce but not necessary. Fresh graduates are also welcome, immediate available is preferred
• Proficiency in Cantonese; able to read and speak in Cantonese and type in traditional Chinese
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Strong customer-centric decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Detail-minded, high organizational and able to manage multi-tasks skills
• Work under pressure and good time management skills
• Self-starter and good team player
• Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn
• Curious and interested in technology and new products
