Job Description

The day-to-day activities: Attend to merchant queries via email and in-app by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about the product and service Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the merchant\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problems Expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. You will act as the liaison between the merchant and GrabFood - acting as a support system attending to their needs and queries. You will help restaurants become fully comfortable with our processes and systems so that they can make the most out of their new partnership with GrabFood. The Must Haves: Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese would be a plus) 1-2 years\' experience in Account Management, Operations, Finance or Customer Service A highly organized and detail-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills Experience in a customer-centric environment in the service industry would be a plus A highly organized and detail-oriented mindset Experience with Salesforce or any CRM tool is a plus
