This job will be part of the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group, which provides test and measurement solutions across a broad set of electronic industrial end markets, focusing on high-growth applications in the automotive and energy industries, and measurement solutions for consumer electronics, education and manufacturing, as well as semiconductor parametric testing, nano-positioning metrology and material science. The group provides electronic design and test software, instruments, and systems used in the simulation, design, validation, manufacturing, installation and optimization of electronic equipment.


-Prepare EISG M&A Strategy
-Update EISG M&A Funnel & Project Status for Board of Director.
-Market scanning and present findings and suggestions for merger and acquisition prospects for the business.
-Analyses possible impact on the organization
, manages all aspects of an organization's policies towards achieving growth through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
-Analyses industry prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities
-Review company fundamentals and financial statements and prepare the material to help upper-level managers make decisions .
-Prepare detailed Valuation and financial effects models for Potential acquisitions and disposals
-Focus on M&A activities such as financial modelling, identifying challenges & risks, due diligence and insights and creates corresponding solutions.
-Guide M&A Teams on Project Pre-CON and CON Checkpoint
-Stakeholder Review with Executive Corporate Development Team before C-Staff review
-Support other IST requests for Source of Value Exploration
-Work with ISTs and COEs for Yearly EISG SPR Planning.

Job Qualifications
-Master degree in economics, finance or engineering.

-Minimally 10 years' experience in T&M Industry.

-Strong in collaboration and communication skillset.

-Strong knowledge in Analytics and Strategy planning.

-Able to work independently.
