Business Delivery of the relevant Compliance programme
Responsible to conduct and run the Refinement forum (RF)
Provide the regular update to the various governance forums (MPR, QPR, RF tec.,) using the data from bank\xe2\x80\x99s project management tools (ex: Clarity, JIRA, Confluence etc.,)
Ensuring that all submissions to committees / forums are of the right quality and are timely
Ensure the re-baseline requests / change requests, closure reports are fully documented before presenting for approval
Maintain the PMO library (SharePoint / Confluence) including submitted papers and meeting minutes of various Governance forums
Partner closely with Hive Lead, Product Owners, Scrum Masters on all aspects of programme / Projects delivery.

Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment within the architecture, infrastructure, network and DC migration.
Identify, manage, and mitigate risk that would impact the overall portfolio success
Act quickly and decisively when any risk and control weakness become apparent and ensure they are addressed within an appropriate timeframe and, if necessary, escalated through the relevant committees
Governance
Ensure adherence to, bank-wide technology, and adherence to various governance forums .
Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
Strong Data analytics skills and creation of dashboard, experience with Power BI / Tableau is a plus

Our Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 10 years of proven IT leadership and software delivery preferably in Financial Service industry
5+ years of experience in leading large-scale tech program delivery preferably in infra & data center migration
Responsible for program / project creation, change management documentation in the bank\xe2\x80\x99s project management tools (ex: JIRA, Confluence, Clarity etc.,)
Provide support to Hive Lead, Programme/Project Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and work-stream leads to identify areas of improvement and to ensure that programme / projects follow the Banks\xe2\x80\x99 processes, governance and standards for project/programme management, implementation and post implementation, and that these are well documented.
Responsible for timely updates related to project progress, issue/risk, timelines, financials, resource plan, Agile dashboards and any other static data in bank\xe2\x80\x99s project management tools (Ex: Clarity, Confluence etc.,). Ensure the data is meaningful, clear and relevant and data is current.
Strong understanding of compliance requirements in a banking regulated organization
Experience working in agile teams, knowledge of agile methodologies and agile ceremonies. Good understanding of NWOW and be able to facilitate Agile ceremonies like Scrum of Scrums, Refinement Forum, MPR/QPR
Hands on experience with collaboration tool like JIRA, confluence, Trello
Experience with Agile software development practice
Strong understanding of financial management and managed budget of up to $10m. Familiar with Clarity and different cost type (MD vs Non-MD)
Strong financial acumen on Total cost of ownership / Run Cost on Applications. Experience with Apptio to extract key TCO information against application vs infrastructure is a bonus
Familiar with ICS (Cyber) / Obsolescence program (ie. ICS Controls)
Ability to work in fast paced, matrix environment across team and collaboration across Hives
