Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and optimize middleware platforms including JBoss and Oracle WebLogic Manage and support messaging systems such as IBM MQ and Apache Kafka, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security Perform installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning for enterprise databases including Oracle and MySQL Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for system automation, monitoring, and application deployments Support SQL development and optimization, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in data queries Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across middleware, messaging, and database layers Work closely with development, infrastructure, and application support teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery, and high availability designs Ensure compliance with enterprise security, backup, and auditing policies
Required Skills

Experience in RHEL/Linux and Unix administration Knowledge of JBoss and WebLogic server management Hands-on expertise with IBM MQ and Apache Kafka configuration and support Experience with Oracle Database administration including PL/SQL, backups, and tuning Knowledge of MySQL database management Proficiency in Unix shell scripting (ksh, bash, Perl, or PowerShell) Strong understanding of SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization Good problem-solving skills in production support environments

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
