Analyze and monitor palm oil mill daily production yields (oil extraction rates & kernel extraction rates)
Supervise and monitor team of supervisors, operators, and workers, ensuring timely delivery of all projects, maintenance, and daily work
Ensures efficiency of milling operation and accuracy of information
Ensure daily production targets are met
Prepare monthly mill performance and engineering reports
Assist in planning of budget, business strategy, and preventive maintenance schedule for mill
Ensures all Standard Operation Procedures are followed at the mill
Comply to all statutory requirements & regulations.
Have active communication with management and update on mill performance.
Monitors and coordinates project implementations
Assist in mill upgrade works
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in any Engineering field.
Steam Certificate (Grade 1 or 2) will be viewed positively.
Knowledge in MSPO and any other palm oil related certification will be an added advantage.
Must possess strong problem-solving skill, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong leadership skills.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Nibong Tebal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
