Key Accountabilities: Responsible for the overall sales growth of MINI market and the brand. Responsible for all aspects of dealer performance including implementation of initiatives towards Retail and Wholesale targets (for NSC and dealers). Dealer steering on NSC projects/directions and coach them to find solutions on weak areas. Uphold customer centricity topics. Demonstrate deep knowledge of dealers\' situation and market trends. Responsibilities: Responsible for the achievement of wholesale and retail targets which includes any stretch targets that is decided by management from time to time. Regular monitoring of dealer performance to ensure achievement of those targets and provides regular feedback to line manager. Responsible for accurate forecasting and reporting for retail and wholesale each week and provide action plans where necessary. Ensures dealers comply with Sales Operating Standards such as: Retail Reporting Standards are upheld. Demonstrator & Courtesy cars. Complying to Sales Campaign. Customer centricity topics like MYS, NPS, CCR & Customer Board. Required number of personnel and ensuring they are well trained. Presentability of showrooms from right model displays, communications material, cleanliness, tidiness, etc. Provides consistent and systematic input on competitive actions in the marketplace. Recommends tactical support measures required to support dealers in achievement of their sales objectives. Identifies (if any) dealer non-compliance or shortcomings - sales related, organizational and daily operational matters and advises the dealer where necessary. Maintains consistent communication with the dealers - stock ordering and allocation, product launches, updates etc. Constantly monitors stock inventory movements and initiates remedial measures as necessary. Constantly checks vehicle movements outside the contract area and effectively prevents grey market and competitor sales activities. Ensures that demonstrator vehicles are properly utilized. Acts as an arbitrator in dealer disputes, conducts meetings by mutual consent with customers who have lodged a complaint. Ensures that vehicle exchange among the dealer organizations is in accordance with BMW Malaysia regulations. Ensures that all dealers participate fully in centrally organized sales activities and all campaigns are well-communicated to dealers. Instrumental in the preparation of Dealers\' Performance Boards, Dealer Review Board & Dealer Target Signing. As necessary, work closely with Aftersales departments on customer issues, delivery stops, special edition ordering and delivery of special edition accessories to dealers. Dealer IT management systems: ensuring dealers install and operate all BMW Malaysia specified sales systems and that the systems are transmitting relevant data to BMW Malaysia and are fully functional at all times (e.g. NDB, SEM CRM, customer contact program, sales support programs, etc.) Dealer Marketing Provide suggestions on any marketing needs from NSC\'s marketing. Provide results of all dealers marketing activities/events to line manager and marketing manager. Financial Tasks Ensure smooth handling of payments between financial department. Initiate and secure the dealers co-operation with BMW in finance and credit related matters. Ensure sales incentives and claims are accurate. Education / Desired Skills and Experiences: Degree in any relevant discipline. Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia at all levels. Strong communication skills including clear/concise speech, good listening skills, good presentation skills, good body language in line with premium brand. Ability to speak local dialects will be an added advantage for relationship building with dealer staff. Well versed with Microsoft office and comfortable working with systems. Relevant experience from the automotive industry or relevant roles from other industries. Experience in project work and working in cross-functional team. Vast experience working with Microsoft office to assist in analytical work and reporting. Working with innovative, trendy products and their positioning. Working in an intercultural environment.
