Job Description

• Knowledge of SSH, SMTP, Apache, Proxy, Webmin, Firewall, FTP & MySQL would be an added advantage
• Basic skills of setting up DNS, RDNS, Mail Server
• Understands CPU and Memory usage loads
• Problem solving skills and capable to work independently as well as part of team.

• Possess at least Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology or related equivalent field.
• Preferably at least 1-2 Year(s) of related working experience.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens only.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak Mandarin and English. (As require liaise with Mandarin speaking vendors due to work nature)
• Must be able and willing to work at Penang Island.

• Provide support on technical issues, hardware, network, security and operational problems (e.g., Desktops, Laptops, Multi-Function Printers, Business applications, IT/Security Equipment and Peripherals etc.)
• Support and maintain IT Security of Enterprise anti-virus updates for endpoints, servers and networking
• Support and maintain Corporate Security Systems and Measures and responsible for rules to ensure security compliances
• Support the procedure of IT asset update, tracking and verification activities. Manage the inventory of software asset and licenses
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Creation, deletion and maintaining of email accounts for the organization
• Administer and maintain Wi-Fi/wired LAN, WAN, VPN including firewall, routers, switches, access points.
• Maintain and support Windows and Linux Servers.
• Provide afterhours support when needed.
