A Kuala Lumpur-based F&B Group is seeking an MIS Manager to lead and manage the IT/MIS Department.
Responsibilities:
Lead the MIS team and ensure smooth IT operations for outlets, factory and HQ.
Oversee daily IT functions including infrastructure, LAN, network, servers and business applications.
Coordinate system projects with internal teams and vendors, ensuring timely completion.
Monitor system performance to prevent downtime.
Implement and enforce information security processes and MIS policies.
Provide user support, manage accounts, printing, and secure network access.
Plan disaster recovery, data protection and perform scheduled backups.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.
POS System:
Maintain POS systems for all outlets and provide technical support.
Manage POS documentation, testing, troubleshooting and updates.
Maintain POS-credit card interface and ensure system security.
Update POS menus as required.
Other Systems:
Support internal network systems and ensure minimal outages.
Maintain website, e-commerce platforms, IT security, licenses, training, software/hardware support.
Oversee purchase, installation and maintenance of office equipment (printer, CCTV, time attendance, keyphone, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
