Description

Primary Objective:

  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department\xe2\x80\x99s activities
  • Supporting marketing executives and branches in day to day task
  • Assist in premium and follow up claims & festive gift to client
  • Other ad-hoc task assign by Section Head

Key Responsibilities:

1) General Administrative function
2) Managing claims inquiries, collection of premium & inquiries from all source of business
3) Proposed and create function / event / campaign to sustain business source of business
4) Monitor / track achievement of budget and profitability of unit
5) Ensure 100% compliance of CBC, PIAM, BNM and Bank Group (Internal & External)
6) Maintain & foster a good working relation with all level of staff (Head Office & Branch)
7) Well communicate and give full corporation to Branch Head or others channel department as to ensure business objective
8) Prepare report / activities / itinerary for business visitation / monthly meeting
9) Any other task assigned by Section Head

Minimum of 5 year experience in Sales & Marketing
