-Follow up ongoing purchase/ projects
-Maintain good relationship with current vendor/ ingredients supplier
-Quality check – handle post purchase complains and claims
-Billing check
Business Development
-Finding new business opportunities
-Marketing (advertisement/ increase & build company reputation/ increase business exposure)
-Attending food ingredients exhibitions, networking with suppliers (local/ overseas)
Trading
-Work closely with sales team on ad-hoc ingredients offer
-Cost calculations
-Price negotiation
Revamp the whole department follow ISO standards.
Qualifications and Skills
-Age: 30-45 years
-Bachelor’s degree
-Food ingredient or food factory working experience is preferred
-3-5 years’ experience in sourcing, B2B marketing related industry
-Familiar in using searching platform such as linkedin, B2B platform, directory platform etc is preferred
-Talent in negotiations and networking
-Flexible, team spirited and willing to support other functions within the team
-Results driven, and quick to action
-Persistent and problem-solving mindset
-Language: English, Chinese, Malay, Other language is plus
-Travel regional once every 2-3 months is required
