1. Set up a Central Sales Department with sales executives and sales representatives to provide attentive services to the accounts . Central covers from Selangor, KL and Negeri Sembilan. Including other HQ that is outside of Central areas.
2. Achieve growth and IT sales targets by successfully managing external customers and internal sales teams.
3. Plans strategic business plans and ensures fast execution that expands the company\'s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.
4. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team.
5. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer (Modern Trade) relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
6. Follow company process flows and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth sales achievement to the customers and ontime.
7. Immediate update of changes to all stakeholders so that teamwork can be achieved internally and with other departments.
8. Weekly reports and monthly reports are presented to Top Management to show sales, revenue, expenses, accounts status reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
9. Accountable to all complaints and problems happening in your department and will find solutions to solve IT.
10. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
