Elevator modernization improves the safety, reliability, and quality of existing elevators. The modernization offering needs to be localized to meet the local market needs and to be fit for the local elevator types. The Modernization product manager is responsible for defining and deploying localized modernization solutions for KONE and other brand elevators in the South East Asia market. Standardized and modular modernization solutions need to drive optimal customer value during the elevator lifecycle. What will you be doing Define easy-to-sell localized modernization offerings and repairs packages for local elevator types that can be implemented in stages, which are cost efficient, and match the customer needs Prepare specifications, instructions, and guidelines for: existing elevator site survey tendering and pricing ordering installation and commissioning Ensure and verify the quality, safety, and reliability of the localized offering Train and coach local modernization sales, engineering and installation teams for the new offering Provide technical support for installation and maintenance Understand and collect information on the local elevator market and customer value drivers Are you the one Minimum 5 -10 years of experience in the elevator industry Electrical engineering, elevator testing & commissioning experience preferred Understanding elevator technology on the component level for KONE and other elevator brands Understand elevator installation and commissioning and maintenance methodology Elevator sales or engineering understanding is a plus What do we offer .
