- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is optional.

- Consult with clients to understand their mortgage needs.
- Provide personalized mortgage solutions.
- Stay updated on mortgage products and market trends.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Assist clients with mortgage applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Offer ongoing support throughout the mortgage process.
