The primary objective is to drive mortgage approvals and provide guidance and mentorship to the team, aiming to achieve up to 25% approval from active prospects received. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to meet mortgage lending goals and objectives, aligned with the company\'s overall business plan. Lead, motivate, and coach the Mortgage Specialists team to achieve individual and team sales targets such as revenue target via insurance, legal fees, arrangement fees or property cash back (PCB). Provide guidance to team members on adhering to the company\'s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during their daily sales operations. Monitor and analyze team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing department OR appointed marketing company to design and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate mortgage leads and opportunities. Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the mortgage application process.
