Guide clients through mortgage application requirements
Process and submit applications accurately and efficiently
Communicate with clients regarding documentation and application status
Work with internal teams to support smooth and timely approvals
Maintain accurate records and client information
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma (finance-related background preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Customer service experience is a plus
