Position : Motor Claims Executive - Car Hire Excess Reimbursement

Tenure : Permanent

Working Hour : Standard

Working location : Jalan Duta

Salary : RM 3500 - RM 4000

Job Responsibilities :

Receive, validate new claims and handle them. Review and approve claims within authority. Prepare claims files for presentation to capacity partners for large losses and also internally where outside of scope/authority. Respond to client communications. Diary follow-ups. Validate claims for other 3rd party schemes. Establish proof of loss by studying Rental documentation such as Agreements and invoices. Document claims' actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records. Resolve claims by approving or denying documentation; calculating benefit due; initiating payment or composing denial letter. Maintain quality customer services by following company customer service practices; responding to customer inquiries. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations and other CPD as requested. Ensure legal compliance by following company policies, procedures, guidelines, as well as understanding and applying FCA regulations.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Claims High level of communications and interpersonal skills with practical Insurance knowledge. Good teamwork, ability to keep pace with new developments and proactive self-starter

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
