Moulding Operator
Job Description
Operate injection moulding machines according to SOP and production schedule.
Prepare and load raw materials, masterbatch, and auxiliary additives as required.
Monitor production cycle and machine indicators, ensuring stable operation.
Perform visual checks on moulded parts, separating rejects and reporting abnormalities to technicians.
Support setup by assisting in mould changes, material changes, and machine start-ups.
Record production data, output quantity, and reject details accurately in daily reports.
Maintain cleanliness of machine, tools, and surrounding work area according to 5S standards.
Follow work instructions and safety procedures at all times.
Report machine or quality issues promptly to supervisor / moulding technician.
Participate in on-the-job training and support continuous improvement activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
