Fully responsible for moulding process control to achieve production targets and meet quality requirements. Support continuous improvement of moulding efficiency to achieve KPI (OEE, scrap reduction, cycle time). Check, set, and verify correct parameters of injection moulding machines according to process sheets. Ensure first-off sample is approved by QA in line with the setting sheet before mass production. Monitor and control process settings during production, ensuring consistent product quality. Analyse quality issues on moulded parts, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Perform daily maintenance and housekeeping according to the Tooling Checklist in Process. Assist and participate in new tooling trial runs, machine acceptance tests, and process validations. Work closely with Automation Engineers to integrate robotics, pick-and-place systems, and auxiliary automation for stable production. Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of moulding machines, tooling, and automation peripherals. Ensure strict compliance with company safety standards, ISO/IATF requirements, and 5S practices.
