Job description
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the complete software development lifecycle and providing support for Customer Management and Compliance initiatives
- Acting as the primary point of contact for technical resolutions and efficiently managing incident, problem, and knowledge management processes for the relevant applications.
- Delivering comprehensive support to internal customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.
- Effectively managing 3rd party product vendors and integration partners to ensure timely and high-quality application code fixes.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to prioritize the overall work backlog and address problem remediation.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives pertaining to methodologies, tools, personnel, architecture, project management, and governance.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics development, utilizing Dot Net or ReactJS.
- Familiarity with Windows OS commands
- Knowledge of SQL, and relational databases (including traditional RDMS like SQL Server) is essential
