Heavily focused on strategic products marketing and identifying qualified opportunities for Roche Diagnostics product lines. Work closely with sales, healthcare consultants and technical product specialists to identify market opportunities, drive sales, and maintain relationships in key accounts.Product Lines:Pathology Lab Solution (Systems) & Assay (Antibodies including 3rd party antibodies)Workflow in Pathology Lab (nPLA & nPLH @ Ventana CONNECT)Digital Products in Pathology (DP200/600, NavifyDP)Sequencing Lab Solution (KAPA products, Oncology PCR, AVENIO)Custom Biotech Product distributionThe Opportunity:Laboratory MarketingYou are analyzing the evolving market environment, developing the strategy such as customer segmentations, positioning, branding, messaging, PR/communications, pricing strategy and ensuring effective rollout of strategy to the marketplace.You are assisting in the development of a yearly Marketing Plan which outlines marketing strategies and initiatives for the products responsible.You are supporting Laboratory KOL management and development.You are maintaining strategic partnership with 3rd party vendors and medical associations.Product ManagementYou are holding Portfolio Management including inventory and product lifecycle management of instruments and reagents.You are supporting product quality issues and implementation.You are supporting in the planning and execution of marketing activitiesMarket AccessYou are assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve profitable relationships and identify potential opportunities with major accounts across the Business Area.You are involved in cross BA selling as One Roche approach.Market Intelligence and TrendsYou are continuously collect and analyze relevant market and competitor information and trends to assess market position and long term opportunities, translate intoYou are delivering actionable information and shaping the market.You are collecting feedback on market trends and needs to the relevant internal stakeholders.Any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time.Who you are:You possess at least 1-3 years of experience designing and delivering healthcare solutionsYou have good understanding of how the healthcare industry operates and the unique characteristics of the industry ecosystemYou understand the intersection between clinical healthcare, technology applications, and trends.You possess experience in management of complex projects with ambitious milestones in high pressure circumstancesPreferred:Bachelors or Masters in Business, Finance, or Healthcare or equivalent experience will be a plusExperience with C \xe2\x80\x93 level customer engagements and vision selling of Healthcare solutionsExperience and success in negotiating complex deals & partnerships with customers and partnersConsistent record of building collaborative relationships with peers and teams, helping cross functional teams address strategic opportunities and solve problems across the organizationWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
