About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Operations & Business Support of Bancassuance
• Monitoring of monthly report for management tracking and review on sales production
• Liaise with Commercial Banking and Business Finance related to commission, marketing fee , projection and finance matters Involve in process improvement
• Ad-hoc tasks such as sales campaign, business planning report, presentation slides for board meeting, group meeting, etc.
• Act as a liaison to coordinate meeting for segment heads with insurer in regards to operational, payment issues, internal complaints etc.

• Tracking on lapsed/NTU/CFI/ROP cases.
• To be the liaison on operational and system matters with Business Insurance Specialist (BIS)
• BITS system maintenance and training for Business Banking /Commercial Banking Department
• Tracking of CPD hours for BIS and agent licensing matters (Life & GI)
• Managing, escalation and preparing report on KRCSA, GOCEQ, KORI, Incident Reporting, BIA, BCP, MRA, Risk Culture, Non Outsourcing and compliance related matter within the agreed timeline.
• Referral tracking and statistic report, lenders report, submission and production report and other ad hocs report.
• Processing and checking claims submitted for approval

Job Requirements

• 8 years relevant work experience in Insurance and Takaful
• Experience in Compliance, Sales Process, Systems, Regulatory Guidelines and Bancassurance Product Knowledge.
• Demonstrate Product knowledge on both Life Insurance/ General Insurance and Takaful
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to understanding stakeholders\' needs, professionalism, managing time and deliver expectations effectively
• Demonstrating due diligence, paying attention to detail, maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality
