About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Talent Acquisition Intern

to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process and People Operations, offering valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.



This role is based in

Malaysia

and reports directly to the

Manager, Talent Acquisition

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Assist in the

Talent Acquisition process

, including: + Sourcing candidates through job postings, scouting, and direct outreach
+ Managing applications and candidate correspondences
+ Scheduling and coordinating interviews
+ Supporting candidate management (screening, tracking, and offers)
Support cross-functional TA projects such as: + Talent sourcing and pipeline management
+ Content writing for employer branding and social media channels
Provide administrative and operational support for

workplace operations

. Maintain and audit data accuracy in the HR platform during the recruiting lifecycle; generate reports as needed. Assist the TA team with

ad-hoc tasks and projects

assigned by the manager.

About you

Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People & Culture functions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HR platforms is a plus. A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges. Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we're not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
