Job Description

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive sales growth for our FMCG company in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales team performance, and building relationships with key customers. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Monitor and report on sales team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve results.
• Develop and maintain sales budgets and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a National Sales Manager in the FMCG Biscuits industry
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
