National Sales Manager

Job Description


A multinational wellness company is looking for a high-caliber leader to grow its business and establish a strong operational team in Malaysia.

The main responsibilities for the National Sales Manager include:

  • Responsible for reseller management including rapport building with key leaders and supporting the growth of their network.
  • Manage company events and ensure the quality is up to Company\'s standard.
  • Work closely with the internal team to strategize and implement group-level and local marketing & promotional campaigns to boost sales.
  • Lead the product and sales training programs.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in the direct sales or multi-level marketing company.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, as there is a need to work with stakeholders in China.
  • Pleasant and dynamic personality, good communication skills and team mindset.
  • Flexibility to work on weekend and willing to travel.
  • Leadership and excellent team management skills.
