Job Responsibilities: Oversight of sales team and branch territory Establish and implement policies, goals and objectives and procedures for sales department Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company?s customer base and ensure its strong presence Coordinate activities with other department heads Strive for smooth operations within departments Review sales records, prepare budgets, and make personnel decisions Assign sales territories Assign specific duties to sales team members and deploy them to hospitals/healthcare centres Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives Identify new business opportunities and strategic tie-ups with potential stakeholders like Hospitals/Doctors/Nurses/etc. Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time Education Qualification & Work Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years? experience in sales and operations Minimum Post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor?s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent Leading a group of sales personnel to enhance revenue generation and sales volume growth Applicants with experience in cord blood banking, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical companies (in which they have dealt with OBGYNs) would be preferred Must possess good analytical skills
