Reporting to General Manager, you are responsible to drive commercial and business excellence through a team of medical reps and Sales Managers, covering hospitals, clinics, independent pharmacy and key account channels.
You will actively and cross-functionally work with finance, warehousing, supply chain and other functions, to improve processes, make recommendations around business execution.
Business development in a multichannel sales team covering pharmacies, GPs, and hospitals
Management of a large nationwide sales team including managers and reps
Training and developing salespeople to achieve targets and bring in revenue
Structural organization of the sales teams in terms of assigned areas and products
Building strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in the medical sector
Working together with senior leadership and other functional teams such as marketing, business development, and supply chain
Country leadership position with full P&L responsibility for Pharma business|Attractive remuneration commensurate with working experience
Highly entrepreneurial, agile and independent
Experience as a Sales Manager in ethical pharmaceuticals is a must
Ability to develop people and provide coaching and training
Proven sales track record both individually and in your sales team
Bachelor\'s degree in biotechnology, biomedical science, medicine, or a related discipline
