Responsible for planning, implementing, and executing sales activities of the Country to achieve annual sales objectives (To achieve country annual sales budget)
Motivate and lead sales team to meet or exceed assigned sales budget / KPI, in accordance with team / country targets
This position has prime responsibility of team management of field-based specialists in aesthetics market
Develop and maintain a high level of clinical and product knowledge for the aesthetic portfolio
Develop and lead KOLs/Trainers as speakers and injectors to drive brand adoption and engagements for injectors
Ensuring accurate sales forecasting
Identify target customers, develop a network of relations with healthcare professionals and identify and maintain strong links with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Marketing:
Working with Marketing team and lead Sales team to implement promotional activities and ensure it is aligned with country compliance and MDA compliance
Develop / lead annual brand plans to help achieve annual sales target and market share and drive product and commercial innovation for the brands
Lead sales team of new product launches including: Product positioning and differentiation, Pricing, Listing and channel management, Communication plan
Clinical:
Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product.
Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the company\'s or competitors\' products
Maintain regular field contact to follow up on promotion efforts, competitor activities and to ensure the selling tools and promotional materials are meeting the needs of the sales force and clinics, as well as to gain insight into local clinical needs in order to develop appropriate and effective tactics to support their clinical and business needs
