Open up opportunities with HPE Applies specialized knowledge to conceptualize, design, develop, unit-test, configure, and implement portions of new or enhanced (upgrades or conversions) business and technical software solutions through application of appropriate standard software development life cycle methodologies and processes. Interacts with the Client and project roles (e.g., Project Manager, Business Analyst, Data Engineer) as required, to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction. Defines scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned components. Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and or technical problems. Applies metrics to monitor performance and measure key project parameters. Prepares system documentation. Conforms to security and quality standards. Stays current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies. We are looking for a Network Applications Technical Team Leader Responsibilities:
Partner with Product Management team, R&D, presales and other Delivery Technology Practices to work both on delivery and presales activities on Practice portfolio
Lead and mentor a team of 15-25 people located across multiple geographies in charge with the project\'s delivery
Responsible to manage technical escalations in the ongoing projects delivery
Work with the rest of Practice technical team leaders, Delivery Architects and specific Chapter Leads for standardizing, creating, maintaining and managing delivery models for the solutions of the Practice, providing the best ratio cost-skills \xe2\x80\x93 efficiency. Optimizing delivery models leveraging broad Practice organization.
Responsible of active knowledge sharing in the organization, to define and drive repeatable and standardized delivery with focus on delivery quality, efficiency and cost
Responsible of creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Responsible of forming high performing teams by setting clear team goals, facilitating technical enablement, product portfolio enablement, growth and development, facilitating reskill opportunities, increasing the knowledge in the Practice portfolio and Telco industry,
Works towards growing top talents, onboarding & mentoring new people, keep a balanced delivery pyramid, continue internship and graduate program, proposing advanced retention plan and mitigate attrition
Responsible in providing strategic directions to maximize success in the delivery of the Practice area; making recommendations to improve processes or procedures in the Practice and Company
Deliver Customer Satisfaction KPIs as defined by the organization
Responsible of following and achieving the financial KPIs of the team
Education and Experience Required:
First level and Advanced University degree preferred plus 10-15 years directly related experience.
Language: English and Japanese
Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrates broad knowledge of corporate organization, culture, policies, products, markets and processes.
Is knowledgeable in corporate standards of excellence, personnel development strategies including coaching & mentoring high performance teams.
Has skills in and demonstrates state-of-the-art technical, functional & business knowledge: project/program planning, assessment and management, business development, account management & engagement pursuit, financial fundamentals & forecasting methods, capacity & capability planning
Has good understanding of Telecommunication Industry and Core Network infrastructure architecture and standards for 3G, 4G, 5G
General systems Integration practices and tools
Good working knowledge and understanding of software development technologies and integration
Team building attitude and knowledge sharing practice
Highly adaptable to cross-cultural requirements (clients and countries)
