Industry: Healthcare Location: KL Sentral Headcount: 1 Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: Basic Responsibilities: 1.The Network Manager shall report directly to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO). 2.The Network Manager shall facilitate cost-effective, high quality medical services to the Company\'s clients and members. 3.The Network Manager is directly responsible for the recruitment and management of relationships with all health providers (i.e clinics, hospitals, dental clinics, etc). 4.The Network Manager shall manage provider onboarding process and service level deliverables. 5.The Network Manager shall perform provider audits and negotiations. 6.The Network Manager shall work closely and support all matters relating to the Company\'s business and product development activities. 7.The Network Manager shall play an active role in the execution of all medical, health, provider network and products designed and developed by the Company. 8.The Network Manager shall proactively communicate with providers on claims cost and service issues. 9.The Network Manager shall be the contact person for grievances aired by Medical Providers. 10.The Network Manager shall work together with CMO to provide solution to aggrieved medical providers, thereby closing the loop of the grievances aired. 11.The Network Manager to support all matters relating to the Company\'s business activities and core system. 12.The Network Manager shall carry out any other task required by CMO or Senior Management team. 1. General 1.1 Maintain familiarity and compliance with the Company\'s policies, procedures, protocols, and directives. 1.2 Prepare and maintain network policies and protocols. 1.3 Assist, facilitate, and support the CMO and the CHO in all of the Company\'s business development projects where required. 1.4 Interact with all personnel in a professional and appropriate manner to achieve the objectives of the department and company. 2. Provider Network Development and Management 2.1 Manage the development and growth of the medical provider network team. 2.2 Recruit and manage medical and health providers to company\'s panel. 2.3 Facilitate the signing, stamping, reviewing, indexing of agreements. 2.4 Project manage the onboarding process of new clinics and hospitals: welcome packs, manuals, training, deployment and use of network portal, system integration including data/information exchange between company and clinic/hospital systems. 2.5 Deliver services and service levels per agreements with insurers and corporate clients. 2.6 Provide timely and accurate status updates of our provider network listing. 2.7 Monitor the services and service levels of our provider network. 2.8 Develop, simplify and document services, workflows, processes and procedures for clinics and hospitals including simplified straight through services (i.e. integration with CMS, etc.). 2.9 Engage and negotiate with clinics and hospitals on services and rates 2.10 Drive Value Based Care activities with Preferred Providers. 2.11 Develop and execute provider engagement activities. 2.12 Provide complaints resolution in relations to service delivery failure, claims and payment matters with panel providers. 3. Chronic Disease Management and Wellness 3.1 Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure successful implementation of Chronic Disease Management programs. 3.2 Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensuresuccessful implementation of Value Based Healthcare programs. 3.3 Collaborate with the CMO for the development andcontinuous improvement of customised wellness/preventive programs. 4. Training / Teaching 4.1 Train and mentor all network staff as required. 4.2 Prepare and conduct in-house network-related education and training to other staff where required. 5. Business development 5.1 Work closely with the Business Development division to support any engagement and promotional activities to internal and external clients when requested. 5.2 Collaborate with the CMO and/or CHO for new services and products offering. Requirements: Education / Professional Qualification The Job .Possess a degree and/or diploma in any other related disciplines, knowledge in healthcare will be an added advantage. .Possess good communication skills (verbal and written) knows when to modify communication to effectively convey message to different sets of audience in a professional manner would be advantage. .Identify the level of educational /professional qualification to perform the job competently e.g. MBBS, MD, MBChB, BA, LLB etc. .Experience health provider management would be an advantage. Professional Experience The Job .Minimum eight (8) years working experience in the healthcare industry. .Minimum eight (8) years in Management position .Exposure and experience in the customer service would be added advantage. .The Incumbent Job Holder\'s Past Experience (if applicable) .Experience in the private healthcare sector will be an added advantage. .Experience in the health insurance industry will be an added advantage. .Experience in healthcare management will be an advantage.
