Open Position: Network Manager, Operations (IT Service Provider Company)

A reputable IT Service Provider Company is currently hiring Service Delivery Manager to lead the Network Operations team and be based in the Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

-Over 10 years working experience within Network Operations with good experience leading a team

-Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on the contractual SLAs and KPIs to the customers and management team

-Drive optimal operations and continuous improvement of the service introduction process to deliver high-quality service and network project delivery excellence

-Effective communications with the customers to manage expectation and demonstrate value, underpinned with a focus on continual service improvement

-Experience in the proactive delivery of managed support services within Network Operations, ITIL and Service Management environment

-Having professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL and etc would be added advantage

-Good people management skills to hire, lead and develop the talents within the Network Operations team

-Good interpersonal and communication skills, including written and presentation skills
