Job Description

Job Scope :

Responsible for end-to-end service checks and troubleshooting, including traffic quality monitoring, manual testing, and route adjustments. Handles fault analysis through the support portal, communicates timely updates to customers, and coordinates effectively to ensure smooth and efficient issue resolution.

Criteria :

Possess at least a

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

or any related field.

Able to work on shift rotations.

Fresh graduates

or candidates with

1-2 years of experience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
