Fluent in Mandarin
Bachelor's degree or above or equivalent in related fields.
1 year experience in Express, Logistics or other related businesses.
Can analyze marketing and sales data. And able to strategize to support the business.
Good computer skills at Ms. Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate and collaborate well with related team

Tanggungjawab

Review, interpret and justify data analysis
Inspect completed work and/or work in progress to determine whether the work meets specifications and plan requirements
Note and report on work that does not meet requirements to Network QC Supervisors
Educate couriers on the required standards
Work with senior managers to identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality.
