Network Quality Control Officer (efficiency Officer)
Job Description
Job Responsibility To monitor pick up delivery Monitor and identify responsible parties for lost or damaged packages, and ensure corrective actions are taken to reduce issues with exceptional items. Monitor handover and delivery data at various locations, conduct follow-up visits for verification, reminders, and tracking. Monitor collection tasks and ensure timely departure of shuttle buses to avoid transfer issues and compensations due to delays. Analyze locations with high error rates in operations, collaborate to solve problems, and oversee corrective measures Job Requirements Diploma degree or above, fresh graduate are welcome to apply Minimum 6 months logistics related experience are preferred Able to build and maintain good relationship with colleagues Strong in teamwork Fluent in Mandarin, and English Proficient in Microsoft office/365, proficient in excel is a must Willing to work in shift (09:00 - 18:00 / 10:00 - 19:00 / 12:00 - 21:00) Job Benifits Salary Allowances EPF/SOCSO Private Insurance Flexible Benefit
