Key responsibilities:
Take ownership of supporting tickets and incident management, troubleshooting issues end-to-end and keeping customers updated.
Be the go-to escalation point for junior engineers by guiding, mentoring and solving any complex issues.
Support Fortinet firewall products and related technologies, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas and recommending process enhancements.
Conduct research and collaborate with team members on new technologies and network solutions.
Ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs in a 24/7 support environment.
