DESIGNATION : Network Transformation Project Manager - AIA

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as primary Project Manager for Regional Network Transformation (SD-WAN, IPAM, Load Balancer)
• Work with our outsourced partners to manage project implementation in terms of cost, quality, and time.
• Manage project scope and change, identify and control risks.
• Coordinate all internal parties, vendors for HW and Circuit delivery.
• Arrange meetings with related stakeholders externally and internally, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on actions.
• Provide project updates to the Program Manager and internal management teams.
• Ensuring all documentation and asset record information is appropriately recorded during project.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science or any IT related disciplines
• At least 10 years or above in project management experience
• Experience in delivering technical and network projects in investment banking, financial institution, or large enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge in network communication protocols.
• Strong experience in designing communication protocol in WAN connected sites
• Understands Network Business Practices.
• Possess PMP certification or Prince2 certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience engaging with c-suite levels will be an added advantage
• Good team player with positive and responsible attitude
• Good time management and stakeholder skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment
